Near FM supports Coláiste Dhúlaigh Radio Week

cdcfeFrom May 3rd until 6th on Near FM the second half of Northside Today from 12-1 will be taken over by student work from Coláiste Dhúlaigh. The students on the Media and Journalism courses all write and develop radio programmes throughout the year. They will show case their final programmes from the  following days below:

On Tuesday May 3rd we’ll broadcast the first showcase of Magazine Programmes from Media 1.

On Wednesday May 4th we’ll be playing Documentaries and Radio Programmes from the Journalism students

Thursday May 5th will see the premiere of final year Sound Students interactive walking tours of Dublin, followed by in studio discussion with the student programme makers and their tutor.

And Friday 24th – we’ll play the final showcase of Programmes from Media 1.

All the work will be the students own, produced with the assistance of their tutors but planned, recorded and edited entirely by students. For more information about the courses they’re doing, alongside all the other courses on offer at Coláiste Dhúlaigh, visit CDCFE.IE.
