What genre’s of music do you play?

Well, most, from traditional Irish to Rock, 60’s stuff, 70’s, disco , chart, 80;s.
A lot of the time it depends on the mood I’m in. I really take it as it comes to me, but I think there is something there for everyone. I also do request’s if I’m asked.

How long have you been with Near fm?

Five years. I started by working on a series for the Central Remedial Clinic and then Music Mix, although initially, it was a co-hosted programme, but then I took it over on my own and gave it a style that suited me. I am also a Producer on Equality Time, a programme dealing with issues affecting the disabled, which I thoroughly enjoy.
